Put the Man in January! Manuary is a month-long event where the boys will be boys. Do manly things! Make January into Manuary! ZERO - The Project to End Prostate Cancer recognizes that part of being a man is knowing your risk for prostate cancer and getting tested for it.
We invite you to make a New Year’s resolution to help out the prostate cancer cause by participating in something manly.
- Host a Poker Night
- Go Ice Fishing
- Grow a Beard
- Wear the Same Flannel Shirt for the Month
It's time to Man up. What are you going to do for Manuary?
Tell us by setting up your own page on ZERO, tell your family and friends and collect donations for it.

To plunge into Manuary with both feet, ZERO's CEO Skip Lockwood will take a Polar Bear swim in the Potomac River on February 1 if we can raise $20,000 by the end of January.
No stranger to outdoor adventure, Lockwood will brave the frigid waters of the Potomac - in manly style - if the fundraising goal is met.
Please consider making a donation, on the link shown below. Lockwood's big splash depends on you!

Join ZERO staff member Dave (he is wearing a flannel shirt all month, he was asked to leave the axe at home) by submitting a photo of being Manly this January.

Where the Funds go
All funds raised during Manuary go toward prostate cancer testing and advocacy for increased research. Every $25 donation screens another man for free while a $250 donation brings an advocate to Washington, DC to meet with elected officials about the importance of increasing prostate cancer research funding.
