We Believe

We believe in the fire. The fire inside you. Burning to live and to live every day to the fullest. We believe cancer must not extinguish it. Ever! We believe in not just beating cancer, or curing cancer but ending it. And we believe it should not take forever to do it. Everyone has a project. And we believe every man, every loving wife and every caring family member must unite to end this disease. We are: ZERO - The Project to End Prostate Cancer.

Knowledge is power.
We believe in knowing the risks. Getting fully educated about treatments and being a hawk eye for clinical trials. We believe in getting a doctor's advice and getting a second opinion. And even a third. We're ground zero for new information on the day it breaks.

Early detection is key.
We believe every man has the right to prostate cancer testing. Each man should be able to decide, in consultation with his medical team and family when and if he should be tested. We believe in knowing your PSA score and making informed decisions. And we believe in access to testing no matter the obstacle.

Research is critical.
We believe research will end prostate cancer. We believe in moving research from the bench to the bedside as rapidly as possible to save as many lives as possible. We fund research in the pursuit of a better test and we champion you on Capitol Hill to increase research funds for new treatments. We're the largest provider of research funds in the world.
